Can't. Start

I got a 2002  1.8t  automatic  when I try to start it
sounds like the car it's on gear and it moves like a
manual car being started on gear help me out

It sounds like the transmission is still engaged with the starter motor and not in neutral (Park), when you start the motor. Fiddle with the gear selector to see if you can fully seated in Park. If still the same , put the car in Neutral and push the car a few feet and put it in Park, then try it. If that fails start it in Neutral. It may be easier to seat the transmission in Park if you cock the steering wheel a bit. The transmission linkage needs to be adjusted- a local garage can do this. Let me know what happens.
