I replaced the thermostat on my 2001 a4 1.8t I flush the system I fill the radiator um and it will not start start

Make sure you didn't leave any sensors unplugged like the MAF. It is located in the tube from air filter to throttle body.

okay....something else occurred...perhaps you've inadvertently knocked a connector loose...we should test...do you have fuel pressure? do you have spark? is there the proper ignition and valve timing here? somethin' got unplugged...or you've run the gas tank 'till the fuel pump could not cool itself with gasoline and is burnt now~
