Overheating

My 03 jeep grand cherokee is overheating ive replaced the
radiator, water pump, thermostats radiator hoses, radiator
cap and it only overheats when I drive when I sot idle it sits
right at 200 I checked the oil its not milky but i notoces
when I would drove for about 5 minutes when it staryed
heating up the fan gets loud if anyone has any ideas what it
might be let me know

Is the electric radiator cooling fan running? If not that would be the issue.

Yeah its running so my cars getting.hot.at a idle but the lower radiator hose isnt getting.warm its cold even when the cars hot
