pump and relay are new, fuses are all good but does not work

My good friend had the same issue. The shop could not find the short or issue with the relay. They ended replacing the wiring to get a direct feed over to the relay. This solved the problem and he has not had any issues since, cost was $240 - $275 for man hours and parts.

Check out the VCRM it controls Cooling fan, AC clutch and fuel pump. VCRM located in front of the radiator. Hard to find good replasements . " Variable Control Relay Module"
