Brake pedal fade

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No brake issue, compressed driver's cylinder completely in, reassembled all. Now pedal
fades to floor. no leaks, no hissing. any ideas?

If there is brake fluid in the brake master cylinder and the pedal goes to the floor likely cause is the brake master cylinder.

Sounds like fluid is bypassing in the master cylinder even if you just rebuilt it. If you're losing fluid also, check for leaks, ie..wheel brake cylinders, lines along the chassis, etc
