First things that come to mind. If you're engine is turning over when the key is turned every time, then your starter is likely fine. If it turns over for a period of time without firing, you possibly have a fuel delivery or ignition problem.

Well now it is not turning over at all, not clicking noise or anything.

One of the only NO START causes is the Crankshaft position sensor CKP, this generates an AC signal to the the cars computer signaling TDC for spark control and fuel injection.. Second possible NO START cause will be the fuel pump check the presure on the fuel rail 32-40psi is spec. that's it! for a 4.6 DOHC Ford / Lincoln

Even if a bad fuel pump, it should try to start unless a bad starter or ignition. You should b able to hear the starter solenoid click when you turn the key. Crank position sensor will not let it start and that is a common problem on older cars. Should have a scanner code for that. So I suspect starter.
ive been a mechanic for over 20 years and ran into a new one on this particular car I lost ground between outside of tank on sending unit on inside before fuel pump
