I am having problems blowing fuses on the fuel pump on 92 olds cutlass. Could it be the relay. if so where is the relay located?

Hi Chuck: First, the fact that you're blowing fuses is an indication that there is a "short circuit" in the system. It could be a result of faulty/corroded wiring. That needs to be addressed first. I do not know where the relay is located on your vehicle. A recurrent electrical problem needs to be addressed first to the simplest solutions.
