Where is the fluid leaking from? Around the bottom of the trans pan? Was the car running or not when you noticed the fluid leaking? I am also assuming it is equipped with an automatic trans.

if its leaking from the pan you better get under there and changed the fluid and the filter and the gasket and then make sure you torque it down right so it doesnt leak again.
