what could be the problem if i hear a purring noise from my car mainly in the morning?

Well first thing is to make sure that your oil is not off the stick. If that is good then you are ahead of the game. Is your heater blower seizing up? Do you have A/C and heat? Is the noise coming from under the dash or under the hood. Will need more info..........
