1991 legacy turbo tps

It wont let me floor it, recently blue the 30 amp
fuse under the hood for the fuel pump, it blew them
a few times so i switched to a 60amp and changed
the o2 and it ran great for about 1 day and now i
cant give it full throttle with out it cutting out, is
this the tps?
