While it could be a number of electronic things, my stock answer for problems like this is always check the battery. If it happens to still be the original it is due for replacement. My car, also an '06 developed a variety of weird little problems like that which all went away when I put in a fresh battery. Modern electrical systems are extremely sensitive and need to be maintained in perfect running condition for everything to function properly. Any autoparts store can probably load test the battery to see if it is worn out.
