I filled my 2006 chevy cobalt with gas. NNow I have gas fumes everytime I start my car. I don't know what it would be.

Check for leaks under your car. If no leaks, you may have over filled it and filled your charcoal canister under the hood. It's rare, but sometimes it happens. Did your check engine light happen to come on also?
Thank you i found a gas leak. Any idea how to repair the line.
You can go to the auto store and buy a 4 ft. replacement section, with some compression fittings. You will also need a pipe cutter. Or take it to the shop and they will do it for you. If you live in a state that has road salt all winter, I would replace the entire fuel line front to back. If it rotted out in one spot, there are probably more weak areas ready to burst at any time.
I agree with Reelin. Unless you're a total do-it-yourselfer and love working under your car over and over trying to fix the same problem, I would take it to a shop and see if this is an indication of a more serious problem and then get it all resolved at once.
