i changed the ecm and had it flashed now it starts but shuts off after 2 seconds an the security light blinks when it shuts off

It sounds like the security system thinks the car is being stolen and shuts it down. Do the keys need to be reprogrammed due to the flash? Check your owners manual to see what the procedure is.
