I have a 1999 Toyota 4 Runner and my heat stopped working and if it was my Heater Coil then there would be Liquid in my floorboard, Help?

make sure the fluid level is full. if so, you could have a bad thermostat. If you have never had a cooling system flush, it might be a good time to have that done. have them change the thermostat when they do it.
