Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I changed the transmission filter and put fluid in it and it still only goes
backwards but creeps forward slowly. What now?

Start the car. Hold the brake and slowly change between all available gears manually. Shift to reverse, count to 5, shift to neutral, count to 5, shift to drive, count to 5 and do this for all available gear selector positions. Then work your way backwards doing the same thing. You may have to do this several times to be sure the fuild has made it through the valve body. Give that a try, hopefully that's all it is.

Sadly that did not work. I'm so stumped and my father in law is also.
