No start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 98 toyota will crank and not start...
the only way I can start it is to turn the
key to run and manually engage the
starter... I replaced ecm ,coolant
sensor,idle air control ,cam and crank
sensor ... any suggestions.?

Found the problem. .. the crank sensor had come loose and wore the sensor ring on about a 32 of an inch so the new crank sensor did not have a strong enough signal for the computer to read... replaced crankshaft timing gear now works great
