Blinking fast is alerting you the light bulb is out, I recommend you go to Walmart autocare center or any autoparts store they can tell you what bulb you need and help you replace it.

It isn't the bulb..replaced with one..still didn't lite; also it just starts working at will...not fast blinking,,normal and the lites up?? Toyota dealer did the same..not the bulb...now what else could cause this?thanks

no one has any guesses on how to approach this problem..?? a process of elimination...need to kinda know how the TOYOTA DEALER mechanic will start...so far from all I have read...the order is checklist...bulb, fuse, flasher, signal relay,, harness relay in trunk grounded properly, then if none of these fix the problem...then what...I have to have this fixed...dangerous to drive w/o AND insprection is again in Jan. 2019!!!
