99 Camry wont go in reverse... (N) is like drive (R) just revs.. all other gears work as normal

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

we have changed the transmission filter and fluid
the linkage cable
and the NSS
we drove all over the neighborhood and interstate shifts fine and everything
good. any other suggestions

The linkage cable? It is correct...any ideas of other than what I said we have tried?
