broken timing belt

My timing belt broke and I'm finding out if the valves are damaged.  If i need a new engine, it will be around $2000.  Is it worth spending this kind of money on a car with 190K miles.  Body is in great shape...oil changes always regular.

You should not have any valve damage, this engine is a non interference type. That means the valves do not touch the piston a top dead center. You should only need a new timing belt.
