According to the factory parts illustrations, onn the SV21, the plug is right on the bottom of the fuel tank. But looking at photos of direct replacement fuel tanks, the bottom of the pan has no plugs or drain cocks at all. So you may be forced to take the fuel pump assembly out and siphon the gas out manually.
