My spark plug came out of valve cover after I had them replaced

I am replacing wires and plugs myself now
but need to know if I have a bigger problem
now after plug came out I shut motor off I
was driving on hwy

Did a garage forget to tighten one down or did you forget? You will have to figure out if the spark plug hole is stripped. Did you find any aluminum in the threads of the plug?

Depending on what kit you buy, it will come with a tap. If not sure, ask the auto store. I don't remember it was so long ago.
