2002 Toyota Camry rides hard over bumps in road. Will replacing struts solve
problem?

If you have over 100K miles, yes, new struts will help. Also any other worn suspension component. Have the shop that replaces the struts, check the springs, ball joints, tir rod ends and control arm bushings.
