Traction control light kicks on and the car jersey around power steering goes out and it shifts hard. Once it warms up, you can turn the car off. Then start it back up and it runs fine.?

Mine did something like that when it needed a new battery. Apparently the electrical system is very sensitive and having a weak battery in the system caused erratic malfunctions of various electrical components. I'd get it checked, or, if its the original battery just replace it. When I changed mine all my weird electrical problems went away.

My check engine light and the traction light are both on says service traction but the traction light also keeps coming on and off it'll say traction off or traction on and it drives rough

Scan it for trouble codes. There will be information stored in your car's computer that should give you some direction. Even then, don't immediately start replacing parts. Research the codes a little and find out what might be setting them off other than a failed part. For example a failed sensor will send a trouble code, but a damaged wire or a loose connection going to that same sensor may send the same code. Changing the sensor won't fix the problem, but fixing the damaged wire will.

That's annoying. Scan it for codes. I wouldn't expect something that minor to shut the car down.
