I would suspect an engine misfire. Flashing usually indicates that running it may cause damage to the engine or catalytic converter. I would inspect around the engine bay and see if any electrical connectors are unplugged from the broken motor mount. If you can get it scanned to find the trouble codes. Some part stores usually do it for free!
