my 2002 toyato celica runs good and then just stops,after a while it starts right back up,but then does it again,

Many years ago, we often had to deal with what we called "vapor lock" when air gets trapped in fuel lines. That is what you describe. What i don't know is if that is happening to your car for sure, the gas is getting blocked somehow,I don't know if modern cars have that problem ever. Have your fuel pressure checked

U could have A pluged fuel filter n the best part its in the tank and is part of the fuel pump toyota says to replace the whole pump but either advance auto parts or autozone sells a aftermarket for about $16
