it started then died now it turns over but wont start i changed the spark plugs its getting fuel what could be the problem

When I turn the key to start my car it lags for 2 sec. then it starts. It makes the it wants to turn on sound you know "choo, choo" then dies out, and then the car turns on. Why is this happening? 1 Answer
