2005 audi a4 1.8t

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
My car sounds like its rubbing in the front when I turn my
wheels sharp at a slow rate of speed or when stopped and
car is on. Also now started sputtering as of last night
sounds like it wants to die out but hasn't died out and
check engine light popped on this morning right as it
started sputtering while engine was on. Prior to starting to
sputter found a leak and it's coolant leaking but does not
over heat and a oil pressure light popped on one time shut
off and hasn't come back on. Car doesn't leak anything else
except coolant.

better have someone check the DTC's for the check engine light first otherwise a bunch of people are going to point you a lot of different directions. once you have it scanned - lets us know the codes and we can help you diagnose it from there

Ok thank you...hopefully it's not something to expensive. We don't know if the previous owner did all the up keep on the car it was bought off a guy who bought it from auction.
If u lived in Indiana I could put it on my computer but most auto part stores will hook up a little one and hopefully give u a code let us no if u need more help

I had it hooked up to a computer the codes that popped are all 4 misfires cylinder 1 2 3 and 4
multiple misfire codes like that generally point to lack of fuel - that is caused by a bad fuel pressure regulator or a bad fuel pump
The rubbing noise is most likely not related to this other issue - possible low power steering fluid, failing pump or rack and pinion problem

I was informed something to do with fuel for the misfire and my power steering fluid I'm not even sure if that was checked my radiator fluid was checked and I had a full synthetic oil change done
