How do I start my Corolla that has a full tank of gas? 5 Answers
1991 Corolla has new starter, solenoid, plugs and wires, battery, full tank of gas. It cranks and won't start. Sounds like it is out of gas. Push starting doesn't work either.

I have a 2001 Toyota Corolla with 130K miles. We recently had a lot of rain and the water line on the car indicates that the yard was flooded up to about mid bumper on the car. The car did have about 1/4 inch of standing water in floor. The car idled a little rough when first started, but drove fine for a couple short trips from the house. The third trip was about a mile and a half away and the car stopped on us. We now cannot get it to stay running unless our foot is on the gas. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong with it? 3 Answers

My son bought a 2000 corolla from his room mate, well 2 months later the engine is shot, burning oil. We got a new engine, my mechanic said it was hard to find, but it burns a lot of oil too. You have to add oil every week. The mechanic says thats the way that particular engine is. Should I just dump the car? 6 Answers
