None of the power windows work in my 1999 Toyota Corolla. Also the lock button doesn’t work on the driver’s side. The battery connection and fuses are good. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Did the power windows stop working all at the same time - or slowly one at a time?
They stopped working all at the same time. I noticed they weren't working after replacing the car's battery, if this information is helpful.
If you're sure all the fuses are OK, I would check the main switch panel on the driver side armrest. Sounds like there is a short somewhere. Also check the relay box under the hood, there are some high power fuses as well. It's on your right side when standing in front of the car, next to the air filter. http://antares.co.nf/toyota-corolla/
Thanks for your help. I thought the problem was somewhere in the door or by the fuses inside the car. I know it's not the relay box (I checked that out when I thought there was a bad fuse or bad battery connection). The main switch panel seems easy enough for me to handle so hopefully that's the issue. Again, Thank you, thank you!
