Is there a way to raise windows manually if power window does not work?

If there is enough glass up to get a grip on it, just pull it up and you will have to secure it with a wedge of some kind, nothing hard material..wood maybe or it will just fall back down. If no glass is up you will have to pop the door panel off. Buy new clips first, they are dirt cheap
If you have to pop the door panel...might as well fix it? Switch.. Motor...Glass off track....possibly even faulty BCM

Is it the switch, motor, wiring or the lifting mechanisim on the window itself. Do you have a light tester or multi-meter. If the guts are broken and the other other items work you might be able to pull it up as discribed above. Don't use hard tools, I've cracked the glass doing this with needle nose pliers. Might just be the switch. Can you hear the motor. You could try to jumper the switch to raise the window. Use caution and a fused source. 2 leads to the motor, connect power and ground, if it goes down switch polarity. If it doesn't move the motor or wiring is shot.
Not sure if the problem I had is close to the one that you're having but I carefully removed the door panel and while the switch in the up position I tapped not hard a good tap and the window was back to the proper working order hope this helps you
