https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0CRdsFtWdQ Should be very similar or could be exact same way. I had an '89 and all I had to do was remove all the screws from the panel under the steering and remove one 10mm bolt by the kick panel. Once you drop down the large panel, just lift the small plastic cover off from the ignition. Now the whole ignition should be exposed like in the video. Good luck!
