The ignitor on a 91 Previa is located under the driver seat and is just to the right of the ECM. Not sure if the 95 is the same. Look hard, its pretty well hidden, and even harder to reach.. Removing the ECM is a must when servicing the ignitor. One bolt with a 12mm head secures the mounting bracket.
