Pusher fan works but puller fan does not ?I have hook fan direct to battery and it works.Noticed AC air temp would rise when stopped at light then when moving it would cool down seems not enough air flow was being created across coil. When I had my 2004 running in driveway with puller fan directly running off of battery AC was cooling great.Any thoughts possible relay???Considering jumping fans togther so AC cools correctly.

Check the relays, to the radiator fan, there are two of them, all so only one runs, for the readiator, and the other one only runs when AC is on,
