Its either a bad wire in one of the door rubber boots between the door and body or its one of the door latch assemblys. The sensor to turn the lights off and on is inside the latch assembly. For a quick fix try spraying P.B.Blaster in the open end of each door latch(including the rear hatch) and open and close the door 10-15 times. It has worked for me in the past. It will also let you know which latch is bad.
