Rattling when wheel turned 04 Blazer

I bought a Blazer when driving I noticed a
rattling when I turn. The best way I can
describe it would be beer bottles clanking
together. It did sit for a while before I
bought it as well. Any ideas? Google says
possibly a dry ball joint?

    My 95 Blazer 4 wheel drive is not working but the front drive line is turning I believe it is a vacuum problem because I can engage it manually the diaphragm doesn't appear to be leaking
