Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Did a radiator flush/ cooling system flush. Then i
drained the excess water from the radiator and
replaced the hoses  and put the plug in the bottom.
There was a lot of nasty sealant in it before. Now it
leaked from the side nipple . why!!!!! Also how?
New bottom drain plug?

The side nipple on the drain plug. Also how do I post a picture of this Frome my phone it won't let me
