Cant get the left turn signal to turn off.  It is a steady green.  Had to remove the fuse to get it to go off.  But this fuse also works the speedometer and fuel tank.  I just purchased this car and I love it, but cant drive it without the turn signals, speedometer and fuel gauge working.  Can you help me
