Recommend you have MB dealership perform comprehensive electrical diagnosis on vehicle. Cost me $400.00, but well worth it. Problem could be fuse, relay, door control module, or wiring that's broken or corroded.

common problem is the drivers door switch, or central switch, (if it is in the console), age and coffee spilling in the buttons causes it to stop, contact cleaner in either case usually can fix it, remove the control (switches), and try
