why wont my F250 2002 wont shift from park

Brake lights do work correctly. fuse blows. cleaned the plug on the master cylinder yesterday put in new fuse, problem was fixed for about 10-12 starts thought I had it. this morning issue is back

Brake switch under the dash might be having issues or the wiring may be exposed

Figure out why the fuse keep popping and fix that... there is a solonoid in the shifter that releases when you press the brake peddle if it don't the shifter won't move... if fuse keeps poping don't put in a higher amp fuse. That is not s solution... it will cause a fire if there is a short and the fuse don't pop
