wipers quit, have power at fuses, replaced motor and switch, nothing, where to go next?

Yes, removed and cleaned them all , I think I got all
In the diagram, the wires in the circle are grounds. Check the grounds. You can see the wire colors. To check ground, with wire connector loose, use a test light connected to battery voltage, touch ground wire terminal, if the lite comes on, the ground is good enough to turn on the test light. Your multifunction switch is part of ground circuit. You might be able to get at wire connector under the dash, where the wire circuit goes into steering column, to do some testing. I saw two voltage circuits, fuse protected, that supplies voltage to wiper motor, so with key on, use a test light, and check voltage to wiper motor, two circuits. I couldn't get the whole diagram in one picture.

Got 2000 f250 that u got to hit unlock button to get windshield wipers to work
