If front of the right front wheel well splash shield between splash shield and fender. The splash shield has to be removed or loosened up on the right front above the tire and then you can see it. The bolt that secures the horn is accessed from under hood. What's going on? Not working?

Where is horn located in a 2003 f250 2-door Ford. Also does it have a fuse in the fuse box
