Brake calipers on ford truck keep locking up

I have all new brake calipers brake, brake hoses, rogers and pads, brake fluid
new.  drive truck 50 miles one of the calipers will lock up there is brake pedal
pressure. Even the mechanic is stumped

Check for kinks in the brake line for the affected caliper... brakes only work when u apply them... driving 50 miles and won't matter it depends on how many times u press the peddle.. when u push the brake peddle brake fluid is moved from the master cylinder to the calipers , at high pressaure... when u release the peddle the calipers come back with almost no pressaure so if there is a restriction in the line the pressaure will be stuck at the caliper
