Extremely touchy brakes F250 Super Duty

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I've got a 2005 F250 Super Duty 5.4 and the brakes are
extremely touchy and there's no abs. I barely have to
push the pedal down and they stop on a dime. The pedal
also goes to the floor but no loss of fluids anywhere. I'm
thinking its a master cylinder but would like to see if
anyone else has had this problem and could save me the
headache of messing with swapping parts and praying.

have you bled all brakes?? and then try bleeding master cylinder
The spongy pedal with sharp brake, means bad master cylinder.
yes it must be solid stream of oil coming out of each brake cylinder..if i were you i would re-bleed them and if that doesn't work.. replace master cylinder

I never had a problem with it then when I changed brake pads it started acting weird then I took it off from the booster (never letting air in the lines) and it started doing this. That's why I'm not totally convinced it's the master cylinder.

I have bled the crap out of it. It bleeds a solid line all the way around
Change the master cylinder, will fix the issue, this happens a lot when brakes are replaced, when you take the pressure off them while changing brakes, the seals in the cylinder turn in and then you want have pedal,99 percent sure this is what happen to you.

Bled and installed new master cylinder. Still spongy pedal and no brake pressure
the pistons used in the calipers seem to be causing these problems since 2005 but Ford will not admit to it or offer a cure..
