1990 F150 4.9 n-line6 typewriter sound from engine

First start engine typewriter sound
coming around where the fuel
injectors located....20 minute or so it
starts smoothing out....still hear a
fant of the ticking .....that only
problem I have now....start with year
ago I had spark plugs fouling
standing in front of engine the first
spark plug looked ok but the second
wet... third wet and oil..forth white....
Fifth white...six whiter....clean them
up month later same thing..put new
ones in and it idle rough up and
down sputtering so changed the
MAF that fixed the idleing.. then
when start moving engage clutch
the rpm jumps way up for a second
then falls back down so changed air
by-pass valve that fixed that....it
idles great...just the ticking now
anyone knows what I might need

Oil on plugs is a symptom of worn piston rights or cylinder wear. If the 30 year old truck is in good condition, you may want to consider a rebuild.
