I assume you want to use the vehicle as a trade for another vehicle. You best choice depends on what type of vehicle you desire. If you are looking at trading at a dealership, you will not get much for a 24 year old vehicle, unless it looks like it just rolled out the doors of Garage Monkey. Your best bet may be to sell the vehicle outright and use the cash as a down payment.
