Trac off lite is on and a code po303 misfire

A better explanation is in order,It only happens sitting parked,first t/c lite then the misfire code shows.question is the t/c lite causing code po301 or is code po301 causing T/C lite.

I changed number fuel injector and tightened a loose intake manifold bolt seems to have fixed the engine lies but still running rough sometimes.going to do a tune up next.

My car cuts off then its hard to start then if driving the trac lights on on and go out but my check light is on too
