Sometimes if the anti-theft system has a problem it can illuminate that symbol, without interfering with operation of car. The system knows it has a problem but doesn't think anyone is trying to steal the car. A computer diagnostic may reveal what the problem is.

Well I know what may be the problem , took the ignition lock cylnder out, too much to replace so I use the ignition switch assembly instead , is there a way to just clear the lights just like the check engine with a scan tool?

It'll just keep coming back. If the old lock cylinder had a token ring in it to detect the key, maybe reinstall that part, the system is looking for it's input.

I shoulda included that too, sorry, I did plug in the old cylinder to the wire ,, just in case it caused trouble, the whole system works just the annoyance of them too bright lights on the dash
