Washed engine bay now won't start?

Washed engine bay with pressure washer and it ran but
shook the whole way home and next day won't start

Better open up computer module covers and dry all that out. Cap/rotor too. Hopefully you didn't blast water on the MAF sensor.

Remove all the coils and dry out the spark plug wells. Never do that again!
