If there are two identical ford f150 supercrew, 5.4L, same mileage, same condition, virtually identical trucks, what difference in value would be expected if they are 1 year apart (2001/2002)?

none- this is over 10 years ago and one year makes no difference- you say they are "identical"- so is the value- these are mass produced vehicles and not collector cars-
Typically, the book values of the vehicles would be around $1500- $1800 difference per model year (specifically, the NADA value, used by most lenders). If there is a body style change between two model years, the difference can be much greater. If you access to the vehicle history on each, that could help in determining which vehicle has the best documented service history.
