My 2002 F150 does not have full range of steering can you help?

I bought this truck as a project truck for $400.00 and around $1200.00 to get
it running and on the road.  I noticed that when driving when I turn the
steering wheel to the left it does not have the turning range that I know it
should have.  When I turn it to the right it has mroe than what I know it
should have in turning.  How do I fix this?  Also it should be noted that my
steering wheel when driving down the road straight that the steering wheel
position is upside down.  thanks for reading and got the help.

I replaced the pitman arm. Could it be that the alignment is that off? It rides straight down the road with no sway or wobble.
